Moveat is a client tracking web app for personal trainers and sports coaches.
The coach invites a client by email. The client gets a link, sets a password and accepts the terms, so they have a real personal account. From their phone, the client sends a check-in: weight, measurements, how they feel, and progress photos. The coach reads the curve, compares the photos over time, and writes the diet and the training program. Moveat computes calories and macros from a food database, so the numbers come from real data rather than an estimate.
The coach sets the check-in frequency with each client, and Moveat then reminds the client automatically when one is due, by push notification and by email, in the client's own language.
Moveat writes no diet and no program, proposes no plan and recommends nothing. There is no artificial intelligence in the coaching workflow: the coach decides, Moveat carries the information and handles the paperwork.
Progress photos are body photos, and they are treated as the most sensitive data in the product: private storage, short lived signed links and per account isolation. Hosting and data are in the European Union.
