PivetTrack is a warehouse management system built for small and midsize distributors who cannot afford inventory errors. It runs as a dedicated single-tenant instance for each client, with unlimited users.
Stock integrity comes first. Every movement is written to an immutable Kardex that cannot be edited after the fact, and returns are booked back at the cost of the original outbound document — so a return that left at a different price never creates phantom inventory or distorts your weighted average cost.
Day-to-day operations cover the full warehouse cycle: two-step receiving, lot and expiration-date control, FEFO allocation, one-click lot blocking for recalls, aisle and location management, unit/box/pallet presentations, and scan-based picking with TOTP co-signature. A management dashboard with folio-numbered reports keeps owners in control without entering the warehouse. A B2B API connects your customers' systems, and an optional module syncs invoices and bills with QuickBooks Online.
Performance is published, not promised. In our staging environment (single runs, late October–November 2026), PivetTrack handled 160 simultaneous picking operators at a p95 latency of 376 ms with zero errors, on a 165,382-SKU catalog; a 167,382-line inventory count closed in 229 seconds while 20 operators kept picking at p95 219 ms. Under contract, we guarantee up to 120 simultaneous users with picking p95 at or under 0.5 s, under the conditions defined in our SOW.
Pricing: US$3,500 implementation plus US$800/month, unlimited users. Based in Miami, FL.
