PitCRM is workshop management software for vehicle service businesses: garages, MOT centres, bodyshops, detailers, PPF studios and tinting studios. It brings job cards, online booking, customer communications and invoicing into one app, available on web, iOS and Android.
Jobs run from a digital job card with vehicle details pulled from the registration, technician assignment, time logging, photos and walk-around inspections with a damage map. Customers book through a branded portal on the workshop's own domain, with deposits taken at the point of booking, and receive updates by SMS, email or WhatsApp. MOT reminders are sent automatically at 30 days, 7 days and the day before renewal using DVLA data.
Invoicing is HMRC-compliant with per-line VAT, card payment links, automated payment chasing, and export to Xero, QuickBooks or CSV. Staff rota, time clock and per-role permissions are included, along with analytics covering clocked versus logged hours, average job time, return rate and average days to pay.
Pricing is flat per workshop rather than per user: £69, £129 or £219 per month, with a 30-day free trial, no setup fee and no annual contract.
