Pioqor is studio management software built inside a tattoo studio in Hamburg and made for small teams: tattoo studios, barbershops, hair salons, beauty salons and nail salons.
The team calendar shows every person in their own row, with table, 3-day, week, month and availability views – green, yellow and red show free time at a glance. Pioqor lists who needs a reminder today and opens WhatsApp with a ready-made message in the client’s language.
Clients register themselves via link or QR code and confirm your studio rules; each industry has its own rules template that you can edit. Checkout, end-of-day report and a ledger per artist (shares, deposits, advances) keep payouts clear. Also included: client records with Excel/CSV import, barcode stock with expiry and minimum-stock alerts, gift cards as PDF, WhatsApp campaigns, team logins where each person sees only their own appointments and payouts, and nine languages.
Pioqor runs in the browser on phone, tablet and computer. Data is stored in Frankfurt (EU). One price for the whole studio: €24.90 a month or €249 a year, plus VAT, with a 14-day free trial and no credit card.
