PineHook is an automation software service that turns TradingView alerts into live trades on MetaTrader 5. An alert fires, and within milliseconds, the trade executes on the trader's own MT5 terminal, exactly as configured. PineHook is built by PineHook Systems Inc., a Canadian software company based in Montreal. We are engineers who trade, and we built PineHook after losing one too many alerts to services that treated reliability as an afterthought. It set the engineering order we still follow: deliver every alert, deliver it fast, never trade one for the other. The relay runs on redundant infrastructure, every alert is tracked from webhook to execution, and each delivery is acknowledged back by the terminal that executed it, so the log shows confirmed executions rather than hopeful sends. Disconnections are engineered for rather than apologized for. If a terminal or VPS drops, alerts queue and deliver on reconnection under rules the trader controls, with an expiry window so nothing stale fires. Claims are cheap in this industry, so our real latency and uptime are published daily on a public status page: most alerts arrive in under 100 milliseconds. Trust is engineered the same way. We never ask for broker or TradingView credentials; trades run on the customer's own machine and funds remain with their broker. As a Canadian company we operate under some of the strictest data privacy laws in the world, including PIPEDA, Quebec's Law 25, and the GDPR, with a named privacy officer. The platform includes multiple take profits, trailing stops, breakeven automation, a trade copier for running one strategy across accounts, and funded-account guardrails: drawdown limits, trading hours, spread caps. PineHook is in free public beta. It is an independent service, not affiliated with or endorsed by TradingView or MetaQuotes.
