It's very intuitive, very easy to use, and even though it has some tips and tricks, you can always find help in the forums. I like that everything is in one place, which makes it way easier to analyze the data and work collaboratively. Now, we don't have to spend time reconciling and gathering data or updating files since everything is live and self-service.
