Marktscale is a review tool built for sellers on bol.com, the largest marketplace in the Netherlands and Belgium. Most customers never leave a review on their own. Marktscale connects to your seller account through the official bol.com Retailer API and sends a review request on your behalf after every shipment.
You decide the timing, the content and which products or countries get an email. The dashboard shows open rate, click rate and how many emails turn into reviews. A/B tests help you improve subject lines and content, and category benchmarks show how you compare to other sellers.
