TESAF is professional-grade ECU testing software for vehicle network validation, available as a cross-platform desktop application for Windows, Linux, and macOS. It integrates CAN bus analysis, diagnostics, hardware-in-the-loop simulation, and Python-based test automation, supporting protocols like CAN, CAN-FD, LIN, FlexRay, Ethernet, DoIP, UDS, OBD-II, J1939, SOME-IP, and XCP. TESAF decodes DBC, ARXML, LDF, and FIBEX files without extra licenses. TESAF processes over ten thousand frames per second per channel with sub-millisecond latency using a lock-free, zero-copy architecture. Its Python engine enables scripting, signal monitoring, and regression testing. Hardware-in-the-loop features include nanosecond timestamps, TIMESYNC protocol, multi-channel injection, and fault simulation. Manual tools offer trace views, signal alerts, and UDS diagnostics. Log replay supports BLF, MF4, and JSON formats for regression testing and fault reproduction.
