Velvena is the management software built for formalwear and ceremonial outfit rental boutiques: bridal gowns, evening dresses, suits, traditional outfits (caftans, karakous) and children's attire. Each outfit has its own record with photos, size, price and real-time availability, so the same outfit can never be booked twice. Rental contracts are calculated automatically (daily rate or package, options, discounts, deposit, balance due date, security deposit) and signed online by the customer on her phone. Velvena tracks deposits, balances and security deposits with a receipt for every payment, handles returns, late returns and deductions, and sends automatic email reminders to customers before fittings, pickups and returns. Also included: fitting appointments, a shared planning calendar, customer records (GDPR export and anonymization), statistics, accounting exports, QR code labels, multi-boutique management with outfit transfers, team roles, and an installable mobile app for phone and tablet.
