Ease of use is a big plus. I like being able to create predetermined dashboards, and also having the option to self-serve and drill down when I need more detail. It provides a single version of the truth for our company that we all use, trust, and rely on.

I really appreciate the ease of use that Phocas Software offers, which makes it straightforward to navigate and utilize. The software gives us very quick and up-to-date information, allowing us to analyze our customer spend and quickly see any gaps or variances with customers. I find the transparency it provides very valuable, especially when it comes to understanding where we are with customer engagements and targets. Phocas CRM also provides real transparency of what our external sales team is doing, including customer interactions and successes. I also like the way Phocas Software integrates and looks into different systems, like our ERP, to pull necessary data efficiently. The availability of all needed information at the click of a button is a big plus for me.
