VAT AND ACCOUNTING
Net, VAT and the VAT you can actually reclaim are calculated per expense, including the French fuel rule (80% for a passenger car, 100% for a commercial vehicle). Accounting codes are assigned automatically. Export to CSV or a formatted PDF expense report, or let Imperio send your accountant a monthly summary with the receipts attached, without you doing anything.
TRIPS AND TOLLS
Start a journey and Imperio tracks the distance and works out the mileage allowance at the official French scale. Tolls and parking are added as you go, and the trip history sits alongside the expenses.
