Great Development Suite includes all the tools you would expect and more!

The Phabricator development suite literally has every module you can think of. It supports Git, HG(Mercurial), and SVN. It allows you to do pre-merge reviews (Differential) or post-commit reveiws (Audit). The built in Wiki allows you to document everything you could possible dream of. The built in chat server is very convenient for having those nerdy PHP/.NET debates. The ability for feeds satisfies my curiosity and nosiness.

Best bug tracker I used until now.

Modern, responsive (mobile-frendly) UI, fairly liberal ACL control.

Solid product for small and huge teams

Simple user interface, straightforward ui, quick understanding of current pulse of projects. Clever use of "ph" almost everywhere there is an "f" sound.
