PewPin is a church attendance app that counts seat by seat. You draw your room once (sections, rows and seats), and on Sunday every usher sees the same live seating map on their own phone, tablet or computer. Ushers pick Adult, Child or Visitor and tap where someone sat down, or drag across a row to fill several seats at once. Kids' church, the nursery and the worship team are counted with simple + and − buttons, so the whole church is in the total.
The report is ready the moment the service ends: the total, adults and children, visitors, and how full the room was. Trends show your average, your busiest Sunday and first-time visitors month by month. Export a spreadsheet or print a report for your board.
First-time visitors can be marked as they sit, and churches that want to follow up can note a visitor's name. Names never show on the seating chart, view-only accounts never see them, they are deleted automatically after 30, 90 or 365 days, and children are never named.
A parking heads-up lets a parking-lot usher tell the team inside that a party is on the way (party size, entrance, first-time or accessible), with seats together already suggested. It sends counts only, never names or license plates.
Owners set up the room, the services and the team. Ushers count. Viewers, such as the pastor, board or treasurer, see the reports only. Counting keeps working with a weak signal: taps are kept on the phone and sent when the connection returns.
PewPin does one job, attendance seat by seat. It isn't a child check-in, giving or membership system, and it works alongside the tools a church already uses.
