Petworking is one connected platform for pet care. Pet businesses — groomers, boarding and daycare, sitters, walkers, vets, trainers, retail, rescues — get everything they need to trade on Petworking: a public storefront, booking with staff and resource capacity, protected payments (money held on the platform and transferred at release, never before), a client and animal CRM shared with the customer's household, inventory with append-only stock movements, credentials verified by Petworking rather than by self-declaration, multi-location group reporting, and a marketplace listing on Petworking's own directory. Pricing has two named fees rather than one blended rate: payment processing (from 4.25% + $0.30 on Free to 3.35% + $0.30 on Multi-site) and a separate 7% marketplace commission that applies only to transactions Petworking generates. Registered rescues pay no subscription on any tier, permanently, and pay transaction fees at the lowest rates in the product. Currently launching in Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom and Australia.
