PetWare Pro is front-desk software for grooming salons, pet spas and mobile groomers. Each shop gets its own copy at its own web address, with its own database, logo and colors.
Book on a calendar with a column per groomer, with prices and times set by size and breed. Clients can request an appointment from the shop's booking page, and the front desk approves each request. A grooming board on an iPad or TV shows the grooming room who's next and what each dog needs.
At checkout, the groom, add-ons and retail go on one ticket, with tips tracked for each groomer. Record card, cash, Venmo, Zelle, Cash App or check payments, keep the card reader you already have, or connect Stripe to send a charge to a reader. Clients get a digital receipt with a report card.
Client and pet records keep notes, alerts, vaccines and visit history. One tap writes a pickup text in English or Spanish and opens it on the shop's phone or WhatsApp to send.
For mobile groomers: a calendar column per van, service areas, drive time before each stop, the day's stops in Google Maps, Apple Maps or Waze, and van mileage at the IRS rate.
Staff clock in with a 6-digit code. The books have expenses with receipt photos and a read-only login for the accountant. Download any list for Excel, or the whole shop as a backup. Import clients, pets and visits from your old software, check them before saving, and undo for 30 days.
$20 a month or $200 a year for the whole shop, with unlimited staff. No contract.
