Persona Dynamics is an AI persona platform that builds queryable personas from an organisation's own research, policy documents and expert knowledge. Users upload source material such as research reports, interview transcripts, survey data and focus group analyses to create a knowledge base, then define the audience segments or expert viewpoints they want to represent. Team members can question each persona directly or in workshops to test concepts, messaging and decisions. Responses are generated using retrieval-augmented generation over the uploaded evidence. Each answer shows the source passages it drew on, with a confidence score indicating how much of the response is supported by that evidence. Where the evidence does not cover a question, the score reflects this. A Digital Thread captures each interaction from brief to delivery in a timestamped project record, linking decisions to the evidence that justified them. An API allows personas to be integrated into other applications. The platform is hosted in the United Kingdom, and client data is not used for model training.
