Perky Benefits is a UK employee benefits platform for employers who want benefits their people actually use – and a clear view of what those benefits cost. Every plan includes all 16+ salary sacrifice schemes: pensions, electric cars, cycle to work, workplace nursery, tech, mobile, gym and more. When employees join schemes such as pensions, cycle to work and electric cars, you pay less employer National Insurance, and that saving can cover Perky’s fee. Our pricing page models the platform cost against the NI saving for your own team before you commit. The optional Reward Bundle adds benefits people use every week. The Grocery Reward gives 7–12% extra on the weekly shop, depending on the retailer. It’s deducted from net pay, so there’s no effect on gross pay, tax or NI. 87% of activated employees use Perky every month (Perky platform data). For HR and Finance: payroll-ready reports on your own cut-off dates, one-click CSV exports, P11D outputs and live take-up reporting. Your team gets a co-branded app; you get an employer hub. Setup and launch take five working days, with launch support and employee webinars included on every plan. Three plans from £3.75 per employee per month (ex VAT), billed monthly on a 12-month term.
