So, as we were guided through the sections, the process was not very smooth, so everything needed to be adjusted, verified, launched, and then the next step was taken, but within a quarter we all began to work with Perfectum. Honestly, the system is simply fantastic, ALL, really ALL processes we work in it. It’s not like others write on the site, here it’s really possible for everyone to work in the same system. The result is simply super - everything from the initial contact to the client’s support is maintained in one system.
