per.hr is a time tracking and invoicing application for freelancers, consultants and small businesses that work with contractors. It runs in a web browser on desktop and mobile. Time can be recorded with a timer, as start and end times, or as several time ranges in one entry. Rounding can be set from 1 to 60 minutes (Free rounds to 15 minutes). Past time can be imported from other providers. Invoices and estimates are created from recorded hours. Invoices include a payment link for card (through Stripe), PayPal or Payoneer, and per.hr can send payment reminders. Clients have a portal listing their invoices and payments. Retainers, deposits, autopay and late fees are available on paid plans. On the Team plan, members submit weekly timesheets for approval by owners and admins. Reports show hours by person, project and client, and owners and admins also see cost and profit. Team Pay sets a pay schedule and prepares each contractor's invoice from their approved hours on each payday. Payments are sent by the team; per.hr records them. A beta feature records Claude Code sessions and converts them into billable time.
