What I liked most was how Pentagram Digital managed the entire game website setup while keeping the gameplay style and visuals consistent with the Escape Lava for Brainrots concept. They were easy to reach during updates, communicated clearly, and paid close attention to the smaller details we requested throughout the project.

Pentagram Digital was how they actually listened to what I wanted for Beliapp and didn’t try to push a fixed template on me. They were open to changes, even mid-way, and didn’t make it complicated when I asked for adjustments. Communication stayed clear throughout, and I always knew what stage the project was at. They also paid attention to small details on the site that I hadn’t even pointed out, which made the final result feel more complete and aligned with my idea.
