As a customer who has experienced both PCR Educator and Blackbaud, I cannot emphasize enough the superior functionality and service provided by PCR Educator. I was so frustrated with Blackbaud's implementation - it simply couldn't perform basic functions that PCR Educator handled effortlessly. Moreover, the customer service experience at Blackbaud was marred by high turnover rates, resulting in new, unfamiliar support staff who lacked an understanding of the system. It's astonishing that Blackbaud charged an additional $20k for an account consultant to help solve these issues. In contrast, PCR Educator's system has consistently been reliable, intuitive, and cost-effective. The support provided by their team is top-notch, always ready to help and knowledgeable about their system. It's clear to me that PCR Educator is the superior choice for schools looking to streamline their operations effectively and efficiently.

PCR is a great partner for our prek-grade 12 school. They are inventive, resourceful and provide great support whenever it is needed. We even had a request for a new use with the PCR technology system and they created it from scratch for us and walked us through implementation. PCR is a great partner for any school's comprehensive admissions and student information system.
