PayFile Pro is a browser-based payment file generator for US and Canadian small businesses, bookkeepers, and finance teams who need to send batch ACH or EFT payments through their bank. The core architectural decision sets PayFile Pro apart: payment data is processed entirely in your browser. Account numbers, routing numbers, transit numbers, and payment amounts never transmit to PayFile Pro's servers and are never stored anywhere outside your own device. The application stores only your account email, your credit balance, and audit metadata — never the payment data itself. For bookkeepers and finance teams handling sensitive client banking details, this is a structural privacy guarantee rather than a policy promise that could be changed later. The product itself is straightforward. Upload a CSV of payments or enter them manually in a guided form. PayFile Pro validates your data against the destination bank's published specification and generates a bank-ready output file: a US NACHA ACH file for any major US bank, or a Canadian CPA005, 1464, or EFT 80 file for TD, RBC, BMO, Scotiabank, CIBC, ATB Financial, or Central 1 (credit unions). Upload the resulting file through your bank's online portal, and your payments go out the same day. Pricing is pay-as-you-go credits with no subscription, no implementation project, and no minimum commitment. Credit packs start at $10 USD and credits never expire. You only pay when you generate a file.
