PayCore Salary System is payroll and salary management software for small and medium businesses. It runs on your own Windows computer and works without an internet connection, so your payroll data stays with you.
You enter each employee and their salary structure once, including housing, transport and any other allowances. Every month PayCore calculates overtime, bonuses, unpaid leave, tax and loan installments, then produces PDF payslips and an Excel report for your accountant or bank.
PayCore is sold as a one-time license for USD 50 that covers unlimited employees. There is no subscription and no charge per employee, so the cost stays the same as your team grows.
It supports any currency, including Gulf currencies with three decimals, and has a full Arabic interface. It also handles end-of-service gratuity and fixed bank-transfer amounts for wage protection systems (WPS).
PayCore is a good fit for a business that runs payroll from one office computer. It does not offer cloud access for several users, an employee self-service portal, or automatic government tax filing.
