What I like best about Epix is its highly flexible, fully customizable task and checklist structure, which perfectly complements our core HR system HiBob and fills critical workflow gaps in my daily work as a People & Admin Coordinator at German Cyber Defense Service UG. While HiBob excels at formal HR work like employee profile management, time-off approvals, and official new hire documentation, it cannot track detailed, multi-step operational admin workflows. Epix solves this perfectly by letting me build fully tailored workflows that match our cybersecurity team’s unique operational needs. I rely heavily on custom checklists for every new hire onboarding process, where I track every granular step including IT account activation, security monitoring tool access approval, company cybersecurity policy training, equipment handover, and post-onboarding follow-up checks. I can update task statuses in real time, ensuring no onboarding step is missed for our technical staff. Beyond onboarding, Epix’s custom tagging and priority sorting features help me organize daily HR admin work efficiently. I tag tasks by work type, urgency, and staff group, which is extremely important for coordinating shift coverage for our 24/7 security monitoring team after employee leave approvals. Unlike our old method of juggling Excel spreadsheets, chat notes, and scattered reminders, Epix provides a single centralized dashboard for all pending and ongoing tasks. I can also attach detailed contextual notes and cross-team feedback directly to each task, streamlining communication with our IT and cybersecurity leads. It seamlessly integrates into our daily operations, standardizes all fragmented HR admin work, and lets me deliver consistent, reliable people support for our entire small cybersecurity team.

The team already available to support, no matter the issue is. The platform is easy to use and you can easily add all your employees data, calendar, pay codes, etc. We use it each month for our client and having one platform for several clients/countries, is really time saving as the process is always to same. Also, the creation of a new environment takes not much time so it doesn't impact the implementation of a client payroll.

Discovering that software, seems quite complete and easy to implement / use. Customer Support is highly qualified and dedicated. I imagine it will permit an easy integration with external partners.
