Leviathan Built is an all-in-one construction management platform for commercial specialty subcontractors. It runs the work from bid to job cost in one system: PDF take-off, estimating, a bid pipeline CRM, project management, job costing, and a field app for crews. Estimators measure plans in the browser and link quantities into estimates built from their own scopes, formulas and materials, then produce a proposal PDF. The CRM tracks every bid from invite to award, with go/no-go scoring. Once a job is won, teams manage RFIs, submittals, change orders and daily logs, and see budget, committed, invoiced and paid on every line as POs, vendor bills and time clock hours come in. Crews use the iOS and Android app to clock in, file site photos, view current drawings and fill out daily logs.
