Pawdiary is booking and business software built in the UK for dog groomers, whether you run a salon with a team or groom from a van. Clients book real free times online, and you choose the rules: notice, how far ahead, and whether new clients book or request. Automatic reminders by text, email or WhatsApp cut no-shows, and deposits or saved cards protect you from late cancellations. Every dog has its own record: coat, clip length, skin notes, behaviour, vaccinations and photos of each groom. Owners sign your terms and consent online, and get a report card after each visit. Pawdiary shows who is due a groom and hasn't booked, so regulars come back on time, and fills gaps from your waitlist. Mobile groomers get each day's route with drive times and fuel costs.
