PaseSuite is hospitality management software for hotels, resorts and restaurants. It combines PasePMS, a hotel property management system, and PasePOS, a restaurant point of sale system. Each works on its own, and when both are installed, restaurant and bar bills post directly to the guest's room folio without being entered twice. PasePMS covers reservations and group bookings, a visual room rack for assigning, moving and extending stays, check-in and check-out, housekeeping and maintenance, guest folios with split billing and charge transfers, travel agent and corporate credit accounts, banquet bookings, and a night audit that posts room charges and closes the business day. PasePOS covers table management, kitchen order tickets routed to kitchen and bar printers, a kitchen display screen, dine-in, takeaway and delivery billing, QR code table ordering, bill splitting, recipe-based inventory and purchasing, and cashier shifts with blind close and X and Z reports. Multiple outlets can run from one installation. PaseSuite is installed on Windows PCs on the property's own network, so check-in, billing and kitchen tickets keep working during internet outages, and guest and billing records stay on the property's own server. It supports GST, VAT and sales tax, multiple currencies and configurable invoice layouts, and sends bills, receipts and booking confirmations to guests on WhatsApp automatically. A companion mobile app shows owners the day's revenue, room status, arrivals and departures, and an optional channel manager keeps rates and availability in sync with online travel agencies. It is designed for independent hotels, resorts, heritage properties and homestays, and for restaurants, cafes, bars, quick service outlets and cloud kitchens.
