Automated reminders ensure appropriate follow up automatically.
Partners access the platform through a branded dashboard showing their outstanding work, due dates, and resources, with threaded comments tied to each task or document. Internal teams (marketing, ops, fulfillment) can be routed work automatically when partners submit assets, so reviews and approvals happen in-platform rather than over email.
Submissions export as CSV files or ZIP archives organized by organization. Engagement scoring, activity logs, email audit trails, and an announcement tool support partner communication at scale.
Pricing is per unique partner organization per year. Unlimited internal users, unlimited projects, and unlimited partner-side team members are included in each organization license. Volume discounts apply at higher partner counts.
