BrokerChamp is back-office software for independent real estate brokerages of 25 to 500 agents. One record per deal drives the transaction pipeline, compliance checklists that block closings on missing documents, automatic commission math (splits, caps, tiers, bonuses, referrals), agent billing, electronic payouts at closing, 1099 prep with IRS TIN verification, and a balance-checked QuickBooks export. Agent onboarding, an auto-synced brokerage website with IDX search and lead capture, designed agent landing pages, and a built-in AI assistant are included. Agents can open a transaction by photographing the executed contract and bulk-upload documents with AI sorting. Your agents keep the CRM they already use: every captured lead is copied to kvCORE, Chime, Follow Up Boss, or any CRM with a lead email address.
