Parli is crew and equipment scheduling software for dirt work contractors: excavation, grading and site prep, utilities and drainage, civil and site development, demolition, trucking and hauling, retaining walls, hardscape and concrete, paving, and landscaping.
The office schedules crews and machines on one board and sends each person only what changed for them. In the field, the crew uses the Parli app on iPhone or Android to clock in at the job, check off tasks, take jobsite photos that file themselves to the job, message the office, start a video call and file a daily field report. Clock-ins, photos and messages save on the phone with no signal and send when it is back in range.
Parli also includes a Gantt chart where linked tasks move together, equipment scheduling with service tasks for the mechanic, subcontractor scheduling where subs confirm from an email without a login, job costs and budgets, notes, files, and an AI assistant. The assistant answers questions about the schedule by chat, or by voice in English or Spanish, and makes a change only after the person confirms it.
Paid plans are a flat monthly price that includes office seats. Crew logins are free and unlimited on every paid plan, and the Free plan covers one job.
