Parkways is Australian NDIS care management software that runs rostering, price-guide invoicing with PRODA bulk upload, SCHADS pay calculations and compliance in one platform. Every rostered shift is priced against the NDIS price guide as it's built, then turned into invoices and a PRODA bulk-upload claim file, with payments matched back when they land. Pay lines are worked out from SCHADS pay bands, penalties and allowances, and the provider approves every pay run. Workers clock in on their phone, see the care plan for the person they're supporting, and write progress notes that AI can tidy before they sign off. Incidents, screenings, medication and policies sit in one compliance trail, with alerts before anything expires.
