Lockbin is HIPAA-compliant encrypted email and secure document collection for small offices: medical and dental practices, counselors and therapists, insurance and benefits agents, CPAs, and schools. Send AES-256 encrypted messages and files to anyone, and recipients open them in a web browser with no software to install. Collect documents from clients through secure request links, a personal drop link, and intake web forms, so sensitive files never travel by regular email. Lockbin also includes an Outlook add-in, separate logins for each person in an office, automatic message deletion, custom branding, and a signed BAA. The free plan includes 10 secure emails. Premium is $10 per user per month.
