Who it is for PARITY.med is a web-based ERP for distributors supplying medical devices to doctors' practices, MVZs and hospitals in Germany, including billing of practice supply (Sprechstundenbedarf) through the regional statutory health insurance associations (Kassenärztliche Vereinigungen). Some distributors also supply these associations directly after winning a public tender. Practice supply (Sprechstundenbedarf) out of the box • detection per customer and per item • pricing per KV region • open prescriptions tracked • billing via the payer The same dressing pack is billable in one KV region and not in the next. That is where a general-purpose ERP stops working. Prescription check before shipping The PARITY.med community maintains which health insurer requires which details on a prescription. Errors surface before shipping instead of weeks later in cash flow. MDR and UDI Batches, serial numbers and UDI run from goods receipt through to the delivery note, including the documentation required for distributor obligations under Articles 14 and 25 MDR. Inspection scheduling for customer devices (separate module) Device inventory per customer, templates for STK, MTK and DGUV V3, on-site protocol with photo, signature and PDF. Migrating from b-med PARITY.med is the successor to b-med, built by the same company. A transition period instead of a cut-over date, the Co-med connection is retained, existing data is imported. Runs as SaaS in the browser, no Windows clients.
