Both the backend and frontend of the software looks sleek, professional and is also easy to navigate once you know your way around.. Parallel seems to already be very feature rich with lots of templates and advanced functions, even API and Webhook is available which is phenomenal. Building forms with "conditions" and being able to automate other stuff is just a whole transformation to any business. I would like to also pinpoint the excellent customer service team, who have always promptly and effectively provided help and answered all my questions. So, in overview, I would highly recommend Parallel to anyone looking to avoid chasing their customers for the information they need to collect and speed up the process.
