Paperkeep is a browser extension for Chrome, Edge and Firefox that downloads subscription invoices from billing pages in one click (for example ChatGPT, Canva or Meta Ads) and renames them date_vendor_amount.pdf for your accountant. It runs locally: invoices are never sent to a server, and the free version needs no account and has no limit. Paperkeep Pro (EUR 39 per year, free for 14 days after installation) adds a monthly round of saved suppliers, missing-invoice detection, Gmail attachments and a summary for the accountant. Made in Brussels for freelancers and small businesses.
