This is a cloud-based electronic medical record management system with a full suite of add-on products to manage billing, invoicing, stores, and accounting. It includes a full medication management cycle, full physician order-management cycle, and clinical decision support modules, and revenue management cycle. It can be deployed as a cloud application with a single registration of the patient among multiple organizations, or as a nation-wide electronic medical record management system. The application provides the administrator of the application with the possibility of creating unlimited number of user types, to add unlimited number of activities to each user type, and to define the business flow of each activity by using an unlimited number of customizable forms. The webforms used to capture medical information support internally built in values of SNOMED encoded values, or user-added internationally recognized encoding values such as CPT, LOINC, ICD10, etc. The product supports a mobile application for the patients; patients can have a full copy of their entire medical record on their own mobile device as long as they deal with organizations implementing the application, or communicating with the application using FHIR, or HL7 messages. The administrator of the application can grant the patient mobile application the power to hide/unhide any file in their own EMR. The product has two patents registered with USPTO.
