I really like the automation and AI basis of Palm. Its ability to handle statement intake and categorize transactional information is impressive, and it generates automated forecasts, cutting down the challenging work typically done by treasurers. The interface is great, making day-to-day operations much more straightforward, and the reporting suite covers a wide range of requirements and is improving quickly with further development. I also appreciate Palm Chat as another piece of functionality that adds to the efficiency.

We're very impressed the machine learning-based forecasting that updates itself daily, as well as the team's commitment to refining the forecasting models. The cash reporting and analytics provide a level of detail and insight that surpasses our previous system, too. Adding the AI layer with their Pulse chat makes it an incredibly powerful treasury assistant. The UX is amazing, and the models are sophisticated, but what stands out most to me is the team behind it. They strive for excellence, not just settling for good. The tool is intuitive and straightforward to implement, with meaningful maintenance that involves defining logics and providing feedback rather than setting rigid rules. The tool's evolution is impressive, with the team swiftly addressing limitations. The initial setup was very easy and well-supported by the team, allowing us to forgo additional consultants or extensive IT support.

The insights and analysis it can provide about our cash are impressive, and it delivers a great return on investment. Customer support is amazing—responsive, eager to help, and genuinely collaborative. They also take feedback seriously and either roll it into the product (when feasible) or show you a workaround. Their AI isn’t just turnkey; it’s like having a treasury analyst on hand. We’ve never had any performance issues. Interface is intuitive.
