PAL (Process. Automation. Learning.) is a process execution platform that turns documented procedures into live, running systems. Built on the PULSE framework, PAL lets organisations map a process once, launch it as an executable workflow, and improve it from what happens during execution.
Where traditional BPM tools stop at the diagram, PAL runs the process. Each step carries its own logic, owner and timing, so every participant sees what is required of them, when, and why. Progress is visible in real time, and knowledge captured as work is done becomes an institutional asset rather than leaving with the person.
PAL is designed for everyday users, not modelling specialists. No notation to learn, no code to write; a process can be mapped and running in days.
Built and owned in Australia, hosted on AWS with encryption in transit and role-based access. ISO 27001 certification in progress. Where PAL uses AI, it advises rather than acts, and operational data never leaves the platform.
