Jobs are measured part by part with single side, double side or edge return painting, and the square metre total calculates instantly. A pricing matrix by door profile and finish turns each job into an estimate, quote or invoice, with colour surcharges, delivery, freight and Cut To Size board supply and edge routing. Paint formulas are stored with base codes and tinter amounts and scale automatically to the litres required, so a repaint months later uses the exact same mix. A paint stock ledger tracks base litres and tinter grams and deducts stock as jobs are completed. A Gantt style schedule shows sand, undercoat, topcoat and completion phases across all active jobs. Ten printable forms are generated from the same job data including supply dockets, mixing cards, part labels, cover sheets and paint orders. Reports cover square metre throughput, top colours and profiles, client breakdown, turnaround days and estimated margin. Staff logins with a PIN keep pricing hidden from the shop floor. Units, currency and tax rate can be set for Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, the United States and Canada. Data syncs across devices and works offline on site.
