Packlistly is a web-based export documentation tool for small exporters and freight forwarders. Users enter an export order once, and Packlistly builds the commercial invoice, packing list, carton labels, shipping marks, a general certificate of origin, a shipper's letter of instruction (SLI) and, for sea shipments, bill of lading instructions from the same data.
Small exporters often retype the same order into five or six documents, and each retype is a chance for a carton count or gross weight to drift. Packlistly keeps one order record, calculates package totals, net and gross weights and volume, and flags quantity, weight and missing-data differences for review before the PDFs are downloaded.
The Free plan includes 5 shipments a month, saved products and buyers, and the core checks. Paid plans add an order API with signed callbacks, independent team approval, set templates, a searchable archive and, on Expert and Pro, configured Shopify / WooCommerce order intake. The interface is available in English and Spanish, with two-step verification on every plan.
Packlistly prepares documents for the user to review. It does not file EEI or certify origin; the forwarder, customs broker or chamber of commerce handles those steps.
