Amazing Time Saving Tool Makes It Super Easy to Manage Our Short Term Vacation Rental Home

The OwnerRez tool is a HUGE time saver for us as it helps to automate, track and communicate with all our guests, both direct bookings and OTA bookings. We especially love how well it keeps our availability calendar synced across the four different OTA websites that we use to market our vacation rental home. We also love the reusable e-mail templates and triggers that make it easy to automate our communications while still personalizing them through special merge fields.

I love the API integration with Airbnb, VRBO/Homeaway and Booking.com. their reports are also very dynamic. Best of all is they are constantly listening to their customers and pushing out valuable updates/features. Great for our small business.
