iVolution is the cloud quoting software by Over Cover Scriba. It covers the sales cycle from quote to signed order, with cost, revenue and margin calculated on every line, section and document. Quotes are built by dragging items, accessories, sections, texts and images into the document, starting from ready-made templates. Each item can have linked accessories and components, suggested automatically with calculated quantities. Prices can be calculated on measurements (length, area, volume, weight), with cascading discounts, mixed or reduced VAT and target margin. An accepted quote becomes an order in one click. With the electronic signature module the customer receives a link, opens the PDF and signs in the browser, or signs in person on a tablet or PC. A native module connects iVolution to Passepartout Mexal: it reads customers, items, prices, discounts and availability, and writes orders and new customers to Mexal. Other ERPs connect through API and webhooks. It also works without an ERP. Agents and resellers can have dedicated access, with per-user permissions. Statistics show documents, revenue, costs and margins over time. iVolution stops at the order: invoicing, inventory and accounting stay in the ERP.
