We’ve been using ReachInbox to manage cold email campaigns across multiple clients, and the biggest advantage is how simple it is to set up and operate. Managing multiple inboxes, campaigns, and warmup from a single place saves a lot of time. The UI is clean and doesn’t feel overwhelming, which is important when you’re running campaigns daily. Deliverability has also been stable for us so far, especially with Google Workspace inboxes. Overall, it strikes a good balance between functionality and simplicity.

ReachInbox makes it easy to start campaigns and track them to see how they go. The option to have replies go to your email or the internal OneBox is handy as well. I like how you can search for leads within ReachInbox, making it a one stop shop for email outreach!

I like that ReachInbox is reasonably priced. Having a personal manager really helps so I can concentrate on running my business.
