Setup was seamless. If you've used Google Tag Manager, it works the same way, so there was almost no learning curve. Events, destinations, mappings, publishing. Ours handled the underlying install and we built the events and triggers on top. It gives us control over what actually leaves the site while still sending the conversion data our ad and analytics platforms need. The custom tracking domain improved attribution for us. The integration list is deep and everything we've routed through it has worked reliably. Support has been quick and useful throughout, and they've billed exactly what they quoted.
