Offers, online bookings, participant data, documents and payments are kept in one place instead of spreadsheets and email threads. Customers book online through a booking form, and their details go straight to the trip's participant list. Otiumo tracks deposits and balance payments, matches payments to bookings and sends reminders. Before departure, organizers download ready-made lists: participants, rooming, coach and insurance lists.
Over 18,000 trips, 500,000+ bookings and PLN 150 million in payments have been handled in Otiumo, for trips to 140+ countries.
