Before Osello, keeping a limited catalogue up to date with just one dropship retailer was incredibly time-consuming and required working across multiple platforms. Now we can support much deeper assortments across multiple retailers by simply keeping our Shopify up to date. It’s allowed us to scale both our offering and the number of dropship partners we work with, without adding additional headcount. Their team is also incredibly responsive and has facilitated multiple new retailer introductions. Overall, they feel much less like a SaaS product and much more like an extension of our team.
