ORKOM is a document processing platform for companies whose teams still re-key and cross-check documents by hand. It reads documents as they arrive: supplier invoices, delivery notes, purchase orders, contracts, multi-part client files, including handwritten and poorly scanned ones, and extracts the fields you have defined, in the format your systems expect. No zones to position, no template per sender, no model to train. Extraction alone is rarely enough. ORKOM cross-checks values against your own reference data and applies your business rules: arithmetic consistency, concordance between several documents, thresholds you define. Rules run as code, so the same document always produces the same result. Every value carries a confidence score and a link to the exact place it came from. Whatever fails your rules is routed to a person. Everything else goes straight through, fully traced. Data is hosted in Europe and never used to train any model.
