CareCore by Orion Soft Limited is a complete hospital management system used in Nigerian hospitals. It follows the full patient journey: registration and queue, triage and vitals, consultation, laboratory, radiology, pharmacy, billing, admission, wards and discharge, with each department alerted automatically when a patient reaches them. It also covers surgery, maternity, nursing notes, fluid balance, referrals, incident reports, NHIS/HMO claims, drug stock with reorder alerts, staff shifts, financial reports and analytics. A built-in AI assistant helps clinicians with notes and diagnosis suggestions. CareCore installs on one computer, and every other PC, tablet or phone connects through a browser on the hospital network, so it keeps working without internet. It includes role-based access, audit logs, multi-facility support, a patient portal and online booking. Every hospital gets on-site setup, data migration and staff training.
