OrdoGrid is online invoicing and business document software for Belgian freelancers and small businesses. Create quotes, invoices, receipts and credit notes, manage customer details, and send or receive structured electronic invoices through the Peppol network.
The platform connects quotes, delivered work and payment follow-up in one workspace. Convert quotes into invoices, email documents, track Peppol delivery statuses, and organise projects with tasks, Kanban boards and time tracking. Depending on the subscription, businesses can also use Stripe payment links, import bank statements, reconcile payments and connect other tools through the API.
OrdoGrid works in a web browser and offers interfaces in English, French, Dutch and German. Support is available in French, and hosting is in the European Union.
A permanent free plan includes unlimited Peppol invoice reception and one outgoing Peppol invoice per month. Paid plans start at EUR 9 per month excluding VAT, with a 14-day trial. OrdoGrid connects to Peppol through a certified access point.
