Orchesi is an app for music associations: wind bands, fanfare bands, drum bands, brass bands, choirs and orchestras. The board uses it to plan rehearsals and concerts and to manage members, sheet music and instruments. Members reply with a single tap and find their own parts. The schedule shows right away who's coming. You link sheet music and setlists to the right rehearsal, so every member finds their own part. You organize members into groups and sections, invite guest musicians and keep track of who plays which instrument. Polls, tasks and volunteer lists take care of the rest of association life. Orchesi is built for boards, conductors and members. Your association is set up within 10 minutes. Orchesi costs €0.15 per active member per month and never more than €16.95 a month (incl. VAT). The first 3 months are free, no payment details needed. The app is free for members. You cancel monthly, with no annual contract. Data is stored in Amsterdam and Frankfurt. Orchesi stands for Orchestra, Easy and Organizing. Less administration. More time for music. Try Orchesi free for 3 months with your association. Get started at orchesi.com
